Privacy Policy

LiveScore Formation is designed to work with minimal personal data. We collect the following categories of information:

• Information you provide:the formations you build and save are stored on your device, and may be backed up to your device's cloud account if you enable that feature.
• Usage and device data: non-identifying technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, and anonymous interaction events used to keep the app running smoothly.
• Advertising identifiers: our advertising partners may access a device-level advertising identifier (such as the iOS IDFA or Android Advertising ID) to deliver and measure ads, subject to your device permission settings.

We use the information above to operate and maintain the app, display live scores and standings, save and sync your formations, understand how features are used so we can improve them, serve relevant advertising, and detect and prevent fraud or abuse. We do not sell your personal information.

LiveScore Formation is supported by advertising. We use third-party ad networks including Google AdMob and AppLovin MAXto display ads. These partners may collect and process device identifiers and limited usage data to deliver, personalize, frequency-cap and measure advertisements. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies, including Google's Privacy Policy and AppLovin's Privacy Policy. Where required by law, we request your consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can adjust ad-tracking permissions at any time in your device settings.

We use privacy-conscious analytics to measure aggregate, anonymized usage — for example, which screens are most popular and whether features are working as intended. Analytics data is not used to identify you personally and helps us prioritize improvements to live scores and the Formation Builder.

All football data shown in the app — including live scores, fixtures, results, league tables and match details — is provided by API-Football. We do not generate this sporting data ourselves; it is retrieved from their service and displayed within the app. Your use of this data is also subject to API-Football's own Terms & Conditions. We do not share your personal information with API-Football beyond the standard network requests required to fetch match data.

LiveScore Formation is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at carterharristt54@icloud.com and we will take steps to delete it.

Formations and preferences remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. Anonymized usage and advertising data are retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy and in accordance with our partners' retention practices, after which they are deleted or further anonymized.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to opt out of personalized advertising. You can:

• Reset or limit ad tracking in your device's privacy settings.
• Delete your saved formations directly within the app.
• Contact us to exercise any applicable data rights using the details below.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the app.
